Application Procedure

Chevron Indonesia Company - Kalimantan Operations

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Program:

Qualification:

1.     Level of Degree:

a.     Diploma 1-3 & Polytechnics

b.     Bachelor Degree

2.     GPA: 2.75

Requirement:

1.     Application letter from university for student to participate in the OJT Program in Chevron Indonesia Company. The letter must be issued by the Faculty/Department, approved by Mentoring Lecture and Dean of the Faculty.

2.     On-the-Job Training Proposal from student. The proposal contains: overview/background, objectives, action plan, and timeline.

3.     Statement Letter stating that student in OJT program in Chevron must secure confidentiality, perform good conduct, build good relationship with company employees, and maintain all company facilities.

4.     1 copy of transcript.

5.     3 color photographs (3x4).

6.     Has never been participated in Chevron’s Student/Internship Program (OJT, TW or COOP-Cooperative Education Program).

Note:

Duration:  1 month

  

Thesis Writing (TW) Program

Qualification:

1.     Level of Degree:

a.     Bachelor Degree (S1)

b.     Post Graduate Program (S2)

2.     GPA: 3.00

Requirement:

1.     Application letter from university for student to participate in the TW Program in Chevron Indonesia Company. The letter must be issued by the Faculty/Department, approved by Mentoring Lecture and Dean of the Faculty.

2.     Thesis Writing proposal from student. The proposal contains: overview/background, objectives, action plan, and timeline.

3.     Statement Letter stating that student in TW program in Chevron must secure confidentiality, perform good conduct, build good relationship with company employees, and maintain all company facilities.

4.     1 copy of transcript.

5.     3 color photographs (3x4).

6.     Has never been participated in Chevron’s Student/Internship Program (OJT, TW or COOP-Cooperative Education Program).

Note:

Duration:  2 months

Dual Education System (DES) Program

Qualification:

1.     Level of Degree:

      Senior High School (SMK)

2.     Rapport Accumulative:  7

 Requirement:

1.     Application letter from school for student to participate in the DES Program in Chevron Indonesia Company. The letter must be issued by the School, approved by Head of School.

2.     Statement Letter stating that student in DES program in Chevron must secure confidentiality, perform good conduct, build good relationship with company employees, and maintain all company facilities.

3.     1 copy of Rapport.

4.     3 color photographs (3x4).

5.    Has never been participated in Chevron’s Student/Internship Program (OJT)
